Forever Ozone Bare Bones 10,000 mg/h Quartz Tube Ozone Generator.

Description

Quartz is a type of glass, and like glass, it shatters easily. For this reason, we’ve held off selling a “bare bones” model. But now that we’ve relocated to Arkansas, where our cost of operation is much cheaper than San Diego, we decided to offer it in the ozone-resistant PVC case, with a lifetime warranty, for only $89.99. All you have to do is have a fan gently blow air into the enclosure, or put it on the back side of a 20″ box fan so that the ozone is sucked out of the unit and out the box fan. (better idea, unless you’re in a hot region, in that case, blow the air into the unit.)

This new technology doesn’t run as hot as ozone plates, which burn at over 140 degrees during operation. Heat destroys ozone. It also poses a fire risk. Those are two of many reasons why we’ve decided to invest exclusively in this ozone technology moving forward. The other consideration is humidity. At 50% humidity, ozone plates ozone production is reduced by 50%. That’s not the case with tube technology! Ozone production is not reduced at all with humidity, This means you get much more ozone for your money in humid areas.

We also sell fans/power cords that fit into the back of these bare-bones units and different types of timers that you’ll need to perform ozone shock treatments as well.

(Same as the $119 model except it doesn’t come with a built-in fan nor does it come with a timer)

Shipping. We have several shipping options. Free Ground Shipping (3-5 days)   Expedited 2 Day shipping for $15.  (You can get this $15 service free if you call in your order during business hours and pay with a debit card) Next Day Shipping for $50.  Learn more about our shipping options.

It doesn’t work at all when you plug it in. I’m hoping you follow through on a return label so I can send it back. I waited for one yesterday and today after calling you. I hope you can make this right

Hi Nicki. I sent a return label for the petulant bare bones unit that doesn’t want to act right. It must have been wired wrong, no biggie. I love when we make mistakes. (pretty rare) Learn from them. I should have sent the return label yesterday but being it’s the Lord’s day and all I thought I’d wait until today, lol

Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A There is no power switch. It plugs into the a timer. Reason. Power switches contain a thin piece of copper that ozone causes to rust over time. Once rusted, it fails to conduct electricity. The machine doesn't turn on. Customer thinks the machine is broken and asks to send it back for repair. We discovered this 13 yrs ago and stopped putting on-off switches on our machines.
  2. A This is the type of ozone tube Tesla invented. It's dielectric, quartz tube separating with a wire mesh on the inside and outside of the tube. This is type of ozone production is called corona discharge. Cold plasma is UV I believe. UV tubes don't product much ozone and the ozone production diminishes in time. Corona discharge on a ceramic plate is the most common type of corona discharge. It produces temps up to 140 degrees which quickly destroys ozone. It also gets diminished by humidity. The quartz tube tech we use doesn't get very hot and isn't diminished by humidity. Same as UV tech.
  3. A 70 watts. Under 1 amp
