Description

This humidity-proof Mica Plate / Heat Sink ozone generator “Contractor Pack” will allow you to convert the air in 15 areas into pure ozone at the rate of 10g per hour. (per unit) They can be stacked vertically on a window sill with a little bit of wood (best practice) or just placed on a window sill with a fan blowing in from outside.

In case you didn’t know. Ozone generators don’t create ozone. They convert the oxygen in the air into ozone. So it doesn’t make sense to put several machines with many elements, tubes, or plates in one area/machine. What creates higher ozone levels is spacing ozone generators about 20 feet apart from one another, preferably, on a window sill with a fan blowing a never-ending supply of air onto the ozone element(s).  That’s how remediation contractors that charge top dollar perform ozone shock treatments because that’s what works best at creating high ‘shock’ levels of ozone. Our machines create the highest concentration of ozone because they don’t run hot like the ceramic plates with embedded graphine oxide which run over 150 degrees and send nano metal into the air. (heat destroys ozone by the way, so that ozone is short-lived, and reduced by humidity. Ours are not).

Our ozone-producing technology isn’t sold on Amazon. It’s the same ozone-producing technology Tesla invented using glass with stainless steel mesh on the inside and outside. It does break easily if you drop it. So it does have to be assembled in the USA. (Reason why it’s not sold on Amazon) Amazon mostly sells outdated stacked ceramic plate ozone-producing tech that has been deemed to be a fire hazard and worse of all. Sends nano graphene oxide into the air. (Liquidates more accurate. Some of that tech is sold below the actual cost).

150,000 mgh of ozone is enough to perform ‘ozone shock treatments’ with high parts per million concentration (well above 6ppm) in a 15,000 square foot area. Our transformers have a lifetime warranty. We recommend screwing the ballast to a piece of hardwood or acrylic and placing it in front of a fan.  (not included)  What type of fan works best? A fan that provides a gentle stream of air is better than a high-powered fan that doesn’t give the oxygen enough ‘dwell time’ with the electrified mesh to produce ozone. For instance. With a 20″ box fan. The best setting at 6 inches from the fan is the medium or low setting. Some contractors place 4 ballasts with a 20″ box fan (anchored to wood planks, 2 tiers) and placed as high in the room as possible. (Ozone is heavier than air; reason).
