If you’re a regular customer, I’m sure you noticed we improved the website. I’ve been running Forever Ozone since 2014, and this is the biggest round of upgrades we’ve done in years. Here’s what changed, and how to use our newest feature: the ForeverOzone AI Assistant.
A Simpler Menu, With Prices
The menu is now down to three choices: Air Ozone Generators, Water, and Other Products. Other Products include things like ozone therapy items, replacement parts, an oxygen concentrator, and even a hydrogen therapy machine. Each one shows prices right in the menu, so you can compare machines without clicking around.
Built for Your Phone
More than a third of you find us and order on your phones, so we made the site work better there:
- The phone menu now matches the computer menu, so it’s easier to find things.
- Pages load much faster on phones. Product photos show up in a few seconds now.
- The Add to Cart button sits right up top on product pages, so you don’t have to scroll to find it.
- Checkout no longer slides sideways, and the buttons are bigger and easier to tap.
A New Homepage Slider and Helpful Guides
The homepage has a new slider showing our most popular machines, including our best-selling Large Room unit. We also added two guides:
- Quartz Tube vs Ceramic Plate Ozone Generators explains the difference and helps you pick the right one.
- Our updated California page explains how we sell shock treatment machines in California.
Meet the ForeverOzone AI Assistant
This is the one I’m most excited about. The ForeverOzone AI Assistant is a high-tech helper trained on more than 10 years of Forever Ozone expertise: every blog post, guide, and product page on this site. It’s not a canned bot that sends you in circles. It answers real questions in plain language, any time of day, and points you to the right product or article.
How to Use the AI Assistant
- Look for the chat bubble at the bottom-right corner of any page that says “Questions? Ask me!” It works on your phone and your computer.
- Tap or click it to open the chat.
- Type your question just like you’d ask me, and hit send.
- Read the answer. When it mentions a product or guide, it includes a link you can tap to go straight there.
Here are a few questions to try:
- “How many machines do I need for my 2,000 sq ft home?”
- “Do you ship to California?”
- “What’s the difference between quartz tube and ceramic plate?”
- “How do I do a shock treatment safely?”
A Word on Safety
Our machines are ozone shock treatment machines. They’re for sanitizing and removing odors in unoccupied spaces only: no people, pets, or plants in the room while it runs. They are never for breathing, and we make no medical claims. The AI Assistant follows the same rules, and it will tell you the same thing.
Still Want to Talk to a Person?
The AI Assistant can’t place or change orders, and now and then you may have a question it can’t answer. For anything like that, just contact us, or call or text me directly: Mike, 501-654-4330, 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. And as always, every purchase still comes with a free expert consultation. That hasn’t changed and it never will.
Thanks for sticking with us all these years. Give the new assistant a try and let me know what you think.
Mike
