Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed incorrectly or an item is unavailable. If that happens, we’ll refund you in full.
Your order is confirmed when we ship it. You’ll get an email when it ships.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping times, international rates, returns and warranty are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. In short: free US shipping, 30-day returns (you pay return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies), and a lifetime warranty on our ozone transformers.

Safe use of ozone generators

Our ozone generators are for shock treatment of unoccupied spaces only. People, pets and plants must be out of the space while the machine runs.
Always follow the safety instructions that come with your machine and on our website, including airing out the space before you go back in.
Don’t run a machine in water or wet conditions, and plug it into a surge-protected outlet.
You are responsible for using the products safely and as directed. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or by ignoring the instructions.
Some states, including California, restrict the sale of ozone generators. Please check your local rules before ordering.

No medical claims

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor.

Our liability

We stand behind our products as described in our warranty. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
