Since 2014, Forever Ozone has sold ozone generators online to about 20,000 customers. Homeowners, hotel owners, restoration pros, car detailers, landlords. Most of you bought from us, used your unit, and never had to call. That’s how it should go. Now I have a favor to ask.
Why I’m Asking for Forever Ozone Reviews
We used to have a brick-and-mortar store. We don’t anymore. Forever Ozone is online-only now, but our old Google listing is still out there. A couple of unhappy customers left reviews on it, so when someone Googles us, that’s what they see first.
I’m not upset with those folks. They had a bad experience and said so, and that’s their right. We post negative reviews on our own website when they come in, too, because hiding them wouldn’t be honest. The trouble is, a couple of reviews don’t tell the story of 20,000 customers.
You Can Now Review Us on Trustpilot
Forever Ozone is now on Trustpilot, an independent review site where anyone can see what real customers say. If you’ve ever bought from us, I’d be grateful if you’d take two minutes and share your honest experience there.
I mean honest. Good, bad, or somewhere in the middle. This invitation goes to every past customer, not just the happy ones. There’s no discount, no freebie, and no catch. I’m not asking for five stars. I’m asking for the truth, because shoppers deserve a full picture before they spend their money.
We Can’t Please Everyone, But We Try Hard
You can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time. Anybody who says they do isn’t telling you the truth. What I can tell you is that we work hard to make sure every customer ends up happy with their ozone generator and knows how to use it safely.
