Description

This unit represents the ‘guts’ of a high-end insufflation ozone generator that sells for over $1000.  The quartz tube can be fed oxygen, dry air (with the use of an option air dryer), or air from the 0.1 to 7 LPM variable output air pump.

Included are two glass bubblers and 5 feet of US food-grade silicone tubing, not the cheap stuff that cracks easily (contains rubber, yikes!) that is included in the machines you see on Amazon and eBay. The bubblers they use also contain alarming amounts of heavy metals. Imagine that. Our adversaries don’t care about the health of US citizens. We do. That’s why we only use made-in-the-USA bubblers and silicone tubing.

The unit itself sits on a 12″ x 12″ 1/4″ thick piece of Acrylic. It’s 5″ tall. The fan sits 1/2″ above the heat sink for the quartz tube. This unit can be mounted to a wall in the kitchen or bathroom or sit on the counter, whatever works best for you.

Owning a quality medical grade ozonation is a must-have these days due to the toxic overload world we live in. Pesticides, bacteria, and even viruses in our produce can make us sick. Rinsing them with ozone before we throw them in the fridge is a ‘best use’ practice that will not only make your food ‘organic’ but spare you a visit to the emergency room, or worse. We also sell a 10g version that’s identical except the quartz tube is 3x larger for $250. That one can’t however be used for insufflations because even at 7 LPM it produces over 80 gamma of ozone. Most insufflation machines are 500 mgh.  A 3000 mgh machine (utilizing the 21% oxygen content in ambient air) will produce 80 gamma at 1/4 LPM. So if you want to perform ozone insufflations, this is your machine. If you are more interested in a stronger ozone machine to ozonate oil, tub water, and ozone tent ozone therapy, you’ll want to invest in our stronger machines.
