Since 2010, Forever Ozone has sold ozone generators online to about 20,000 customers. Homeowners, hotel owners, restoration pros, car detailers, landlords. Most of you bought from us, used your unit, and never had to call. That’s how it should go. Now I have a favor to ask.
Why I’m Asking for Forever Ozone Reviews
We used to have a brick-and-mortar store. We don’t anymore. Forever Ozone is online-only now, but our old Google listing is still out there. A couple of unhappy customers left reviews on it, so when someone Googles us, that’s what they see first.
I’m not upset with those folks. They had a bad experience and said so, and that’s their right. We post negative reviews on our own website when they come in, too, because hiding them wouldn’t be honest. The trouble is, a couple of reviews don’t tell the story of 20,000 customers.
Starting in October, 2026. New customers will be getting an email from Google asking to leave a review about 10 days after purchase. Google reviews will replace the app we’ve used to collect and post customer reviews for years now. Those past reviews will still show but in the future. We’ll also post the new Google reviews.
We Can’t Please Everyone, But We Try Hard
You can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time. Anybody who says they do isn’t telling you the truth. What I can tell you is that we work hard to make sure every customer ends up happy with their ozone generator and knows how to use it safely.
