This 10g Ozonator features a quartz tube and is made to our high US standards.  It includes Made in the USA glass stone that will not add impurities to your water or oil.  It also features food-grade Made in the USA silicone tubing. This set-up retails for $1000 but is on sale for a limited time for $499. (Subject to change without notice once we see to re-sellers) For now, we offer it wholesale factory direct to the consumer.

Despite the low price (medical grade ozonators of this strength sell for over $1000) does not suggest it is not high quality.  The only reason for the low price is that you don’t have to pay for expensive pay per click ads or expensive marketing campaigns, so you pay a wholesale manufacturer direct to the consumer price, that’s why it’s so cheap.

What is not cheap, the ozone tube and transformer. The ozone tube is quartz and has a huge heat sink to keep it cool. The barbs are stainless steel. It is housed in a toolbox that has a cooling fan, on-off switch, and fuse holder as well as 2 compartments on top to store the silicone tubing and glass stone. The glass stone is made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty. It does not leach impurities into the water like the Chinese made stones that are not ozone resistant.

This medical-grade Ozonator can be used for ozone baths, making ozone oils, or making ozone water. Something that the weak medical-grade machines cant do.  Ever heard the saying you can’t make butter with a toothpick?  That.

At 10 grams per hour, this Ozonator is more than capable of filling your bathtub with pure ozone for ozone therapy purposes, or your ozone resistant spa enclosure/silicone bag.  At 10 LPM  air it creates 80 gamma ozone, ideal for ozone therapies, without an oxygen tank.

For the air, you’ll want to place this 10g ozonator in a staging area where the ozone won’t be able to enter the machine and destroy the rubber diaphragm in the air pump. For instance, if you want to ozone shock a room, you’d put the silicone tube under the door and seal the crack with a towel. You would then place a fan on the other side of the door, the silicone tube to the back side of the fan to distribute the ozone towards the room, and the timer at 30 minutes.  Our ozone meter proves that the ozone coming out of the tube is over 100 parts per million at 10 liters per minute. At that high concentration, the air in the room will reach over 5ppm within 10 minutes in a bedroom. About 20 to 30 minutes in a 1000 sq ft area.

For the water, the unit comes with two stones. One for water and one for oil. Connect the stone to the end of the silicone tube and turn the machine on for 30 seconds to fully ozonate a glass of water. Five minutes to ozonate a sink. Or 20 minutes to ozonate a bathtub.

For oil, place the oil you want to ozonate in a glass flask. I like using a flower vase. Then place the vase in a bucket of ice and bubble ozone into the oil for 4 hours. Then take that highly ozonated oil and place it in a mason jar and toss it into the freezer. The freezing temps will hold the ozone for months. There is no better skin tonic that highly ozonated oil!  Great on burns, bites, cuts, and any skin condition. Even helps get rid of wrinkles and ozonated castor oil regrows hair. Many of our customers have tried it and confirmed.

For the car, place the unit on the roof of the car and the silicone tube into a slightly cracked window. Run the car for 15 minutes with the AC running then open the doors and air out. Don’t go longer than 15 minutes though. The rubber door gaskets are susceptible to ozone and the flash point is around 30-40 minutes.

Price includes shipping and handling to anywhere in the USA.  The cost to ship to Canada is $60

      Hi Cheryl,

The actual unit is in a cardboard box inside of a larger box with bubble wrap all around, so I don’t anticipate you finding any damage to the actual unit which is housed inside of the larger box. That’s actually a cut-out so that the box can be carried easily. Looks like it ripped (from rough handling) but that shouldn’t damage the internal box. Opena and confirm. My direct line at the shop is 501-728-8207. Regards. Mike

  1. A It's plug and play. You will need to intall the glass bubbler (comes in foam packaging) and plug the air intake hose into the supplied pump or the oxygen concentrator
