Amazon Knock-Off Mini-Quatz Tube Machines. Competitor or Fire Hazard?

Forever Ozone is the only vendor that sells Quartz Tube technology. Amazon only sells ceramic plate technology that puts nano-metals in the air. A new vendor, HHGM, is selling a cheap “knock off” mini quartz tube machine that doesn’t really utilize quartz tube technology. It features a new Chinese invention that mimics our mini-quartz tube technology but in reality is just another flawed Chinese design that 1) isn’t made to last 2) will create tons of unwanted byproducts in the air that are not ozone (what some call burnt ozone or Nox heavy ozone) and 3) creates a fire hazard.

The mini-quartz tubes used in our Commercial Window Sill 60g Window Sill machine have ample spacing. This spacing allows for proper airflow and prevents arching (a fire hazard.)

Our mini-quartz tube technology resembles a UV bulb. All quartz tube with a highly wound coil inside and a coil out to create the di-electric charge. Our 10g Quartz tubes feature stainless steel mesh on the inside and outside, the same ozone producing tech Nicola Tesla invented. Theirs uses a metal bolt on the inside wound with mesh on the outside that is connected to the adjacent tubes without proper spacing.

The cheap Chinese knock-off mini-quartz tubes sold on Amazon are placed close to each other and connected to each other in an unfortunate way that will eventually lead to arching, transformer failure, or worse. (Fire hazard?) They also lie about the ozone production claiming that their “quartz tubes” produce over 5 grams of ozone per hour, 48,000 mgh total via 9 tubes. Our independent testing shows our mini tubes create just over 3 grams of ozone per hour and that’s with proper spacing and true quartz tube technology. Not a steel bolt wrapped with chicken wire calling itself a quartz tube.

There’s an old saying: ‘Cheap things are expensive.’ Amazon’s latest ozone generator might seem like a deal, but that low price is a warning sign. Unlike their other ceramic plate models, this one at least avoids pumping nano-metals into the air—but that’s where the good news ends. Like most Amazon ozone generators, it’s built to fail fast. They stick the on-off switch and timer inside the unit, where they’re blasted with high ozone levels. Those thin copper parts corrode in no time, the unit stops working, and the owner’s left thinking it’s dead. They’ll try to return it, only to find shipping costs as much as the machine itself. Into the landfill it goes—more junk from Chinese factories churning out garbage.

Meanwhile, my American company builds a better way. Our ozone generators are designed, assembled, and invented in the USA, and we back them with a lifetime warranty. No shortcuts, no compromises—just a superior product at a fair price. We don’t sell on Amazon, so we’re not in your face like the cheap stuff. But with over 30,000 happy customers, we’re here to stay.

Here’s where you come in: we need your help to spread the word! Skip the Amazon trap and tell your friends, family, and neighbors about us—through word of mouth or a quick social media post. You’ll save them from wasting money, protect their health from shoddy machines, and maybe even prevent a house fire. Together, we can steer people toward quality they can trust.

God bless and take care,
Mike
