We recently received our supply of mini-quartz tubes/transformers. (5 three gram per hour tubes per set). We can add a 120mm AC fan for $15 and mount it on wood if you’d like. Just buy the fan and leave a comment you want us to mount and add the fan.
Starting in November, we’ll also sell the ozone tubes as an “add-on” item. The quartz tubes never wear out and never add nano particles to the air like the ceramic plate models. But they do need maintenance from time to time. Mainly. The red power wire needs to be pulled off, spliced, and re-attached. (about once a year to get maximum electricity to the tube). Instead of performing that maintenance, some of our contractors prefer to just replace the entire tube, and we’ve been selling them tubes for quite some time. The cost will be $12, which includes shipping. We’re also going to sell replacement transformers for the same price, even though they’re covered by our warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover water or heat damage (caused by running without a fan, blowing out the motherboard). We end up having to charge our customers who return their units for warranty work for a new transformer if the internal fuse is blown or if the motherboard has suffered water damage. (Always store your unit in a closet indoors for longevity) Also. Some people throw our units under the house (crawl space), and high humidity or water ruins the unit. If that happens you you, rather than having to pay to ship the unit back. Just order a replacement transformer and switch it out yourself.
