Each one of the five mini-quartz tubes produces 3g of ozone when fed a constant supply of air. Ozone generators don’t create ozone. They convert the available oxygen content in the space into ozone. Quartz tube and UV lamp technology is humidity-resistant, longer-lasting, and therefore more expensive than the Chinese-invented 3d printed ceramic plate tech that embeds nano metal onto ceramic. The problem is that those nano metals (mainly aluminum and nickel) get airborne when the plate gets over 120 degrees (after around 20 seconds). That’s not an issue with our technology.
The best way to create high concentrations of ozone for an ozone shock treatment is to place the fan up against a window screen (after sealing off the area above the fan with the cardboard from the shipping box so that the ozone doesn’t leak out of the space). Otherwise. Just place it on top of a table or shelf. Warranty: Lifetime for the transformer and quartz tubes, except for the outside spring. That should be replaced every few years. Check back soon and we’ll provide replacement springs for $1 each. We will also sell replacement 3g tubes for $10 in case you accidentally break one.
Comes with a 30-minute interval 24 hr timer, but you can upgrade to a smart plug ($5) or repeat cycle time ($15)
